 The covered work space is located behind the stairs. |
 You may use this space in accordance with the other artists/residents. |
 From the roof you see right into Old San Juan which was founded 1521 by the Spanish, making it the second oldest city in the Americas. |
 Looking east you see a Shell gas station with a shop (on the west there's a TOTAL with another shop), a KFC and you'll sometimes smell what's cooking at "El Hamburger", a landmark for years. |
 In the back of the building Puerta de Tierra looks over to Condado, Miramar, the new Convention Center and the island hopper Isla Grande Airport. |
 On the other side of the San Juan Bay the Greater San Juan and all of Puerto Rico waits to be discovered. |
